This session is a really special one for me.
Elias is my little cousin, but he was also pretty much my first model ever! My favorite part of summers growing up would be spending a week at my Auntie Kelly’s house. I would spend the week hanging out with her and her boys doing fun trips to the park and the beach. And the summer after I got my first camera I was basically paparazzi and Elias and Anders were my models. Guys, literally camera cards FILLED with photos.
So it’s been quite a long time but it was so awesome to have Elias model for me again!
As a mom now myself I understand that they’re telling the truth when they say you’ll blink and they’re grown. But I truly can’t believe that Elias is graduating high school. He is beyond smart, unbelievably driven and an amazing soccer player. He is going to do so many great things in his life. But in my mind he will always be that little boy with the bleach blond hair running all around the yard.
